In teams of 4 or 5, one teammate holds a deadlift (225/165/scaled) at lockout as long as possible. Teammates attempt to score points at SDHP (kettlebell); wall ball (20/15); box jump; and rower (cals.) Teammates rotate positions when the deadlifter can no longer hold the weight in lockout position. 3 rounds for max points; 1 minute rest between rounds.
