Today:

50 Wall Ball

3 Rounds of "Cindy" (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats)

3 rounds for time (150 wall ball, 9 rounds of "Cindy" total.) 

An experienced CrossFitter will find this workout primarily aerobic, despite the repeated breath-holding during the Wall Balls. A novice will have to stop repeatedly to bring their heart rate under control. Part of this phenomenon is becoming "comfortable with uncomfortable;" part is just plan improved fitness.
