Squat clean 3x max reps

A classic strength-builder from the old Smolov system, which was very high-rep with a linear taper. This would have been followed by several other exercises, and end with deadlifts of the same rep count. Every workout was completely exhausting, and those who didn't overtrain quickly would burn out without extra rest and huge amounts of food. In a state-sponsored system, it worked well; in a grassroots system, where nothing is periodized and different metabolic systems are trained every day, it's just too much. Quality counts today.
