Bar weights: 105 – 145 – 185 – 225 – 265 – 305 – 345 – 385 – 425 

Last-place finisher on the run lifts first in the deadlift.  You have 30 seconds to deadlift each bar (one attempt only.)  On the "move" command, move to the next bar and commence your attempt.
