There are lots of ways to get expert coaching at Catalyst.  First, there's personal training – the core of our business is information.  Next, there's our "Introduction to CrossFit" bootcamps every Saturday morning.  Every day, we run 5 coached CrossFit groups, available by punch card.  In September, our new 'CrossFit On Ramp' program will start – a two-week ramp-up into full-on CrossFit WODs for beginners.
