IT’S DEADLIFT DAY!
Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps.
All should be challenging; head for a triple PR. Unbelted, of course. The only video of our crew available is me in the March Virtualmeet Full Powerlifting meet (Click the ‘virtualmeet.net’ button below and scroll down to Deadlift.) My SQ and BP weren’t great in this meet, but the DL won me best lifter. I’ve added 15lbs since, so hopefully that’s good enough for this weekend.
