Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps


RIGHT: Remember this guy?  It's Clint, and he's issuing a challenge for the first 100 days of the New Year.  On Day 1, do 1 burpee.  On Day 2, do 2 burpees.  Day 3, do 3 burpees….up to 100.  We'll have a party for the survivors.
