Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3
Yesterday, CASS came to play. 28 kids from Ray Gowlett's Fitness and Leadership class. This is them doing 'War Face,' a particularly nefarious Catalyst WOD. No pukers, no dodgers. Just the way we like 'em. 5 girls each flipped the big (550lbs) tire solo. Before that, we've only ever had two women flip the tire solo – ever. Thanks, CASS, for bringin' it.
