WHY:Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training. You go all out for :20 and then rest for :10. Lactic acid and other toxins quickly build up in the muscle due to lack of oxygen causing a decrease in reps. Pay attenion to what round you start to drop off on, next time you might be a little fitter and able to maintain the fast pace a little longer. The movements are ordered in such a way that one muscle group gets to recover while your using another. Push hard on each movement!
