Then, EMOM for 10 minutes:
4 pull-ups
8 sit-ups
12 squats
* Accumulate as many burpees as possible in the remaining time. Your score is the total number of burpees acheived at the end of 10minutes. Scale reps so that first round leaves you at least 20seconds for burpees.
