In teams of two:
One partner holds ring support while the other does walking lunges around the room.
Each lap is one point. Max laps in 5 minutes.
Then max toes-to-bar in one minute (one partner on the bar at a time.
Four rounds.
If the partner holding support drops from the rings, the other partner stops lunging.
