The 2014 CrossFit Open Event #2 will be announced in Miami tonight! What will tomorrow’s workout be? Tune in to the CrossFit Games site at 8pm EST-you KNOW we’ll be hosting it at the Park!
Groups for the Open will run at 7am, noon, 5:30pm and 7pm tomorrow. First come, first served; be warmed up and ready when the bell goes!
