Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10 feet
100 double-unders
We’ll be running Open events at 6am, 7am, noon, 5:30 and 7pm. Come in and make noise! This week’s event is possible for everyone – if you didn’t like last week’s workout, you’ll love this one!
