WHY? “Angie” is a popular bench mark workout. Most people will have their biggest struggle on the push-ups. 100 reps of anything is a lot and will result in localized muscle fatigue. Most of the workouts we do prevent localized muscle fatigue becasue we change movements so often. Waste is going to accumulate in the muscles, the sooner this happens the harder the workout is going to be. The fitter you are the more efficient your body is at getting rid of this waste so you can continue. Push yourself, we will be redoing this one.
