This workout will feature a ‘rabbit’ start: those choosing to scale the run distance, box jumps or double-unders will get a 1:00 head start.
Hunters in the second pack will get a bonus if they pass one of the ‘rabbits’ before the final set of double-unders: a shortcut. Catch a rabbit, skip the last set of double-unders, call ‘time!’ and you’re done. Go FAST.
