Skill: Handstand walking (scale to lateral handstand walking on the wall)
Strength: 1 squat clean + 2 front squats EMOM for 10 minutes at 80% of max clean
Then:
1 Handstand Pushup in the first minute
2 Pullups in the second minute
3 HSPU in the third minute
4 Pullups in the fourth minute
…continuing as long as possible.
