Most of our Saturday workouts are low-skill, lower-intensity with a longer aerobic focus. Today we’ll spend a bit of extra time on power cleans, especially performing higher-rep versions. As any CrossFitter will tell you, a high-rep version of any barbell movement is very challenging, and solid technique will make the workout as effective as possible. Move well, then go faster.
