25 GHD sit-ups
50-ft. handstand walk
50-ft. overhead walking lunge (155 / 115 lb.)
Then:
300 double-unders for time.
“Midline March” will be a CrossFit Games event on Saturday night. Try it first!

We’ll start streaming The CrossFit Games on Friday morning, and continue all weekend! Saturday night, join us at 7pm for a Catalyst Family finger-food potluck. Watch the Games, hit a WOD (if you like) while the pros go! Aryanna will be catering a few snacks, but feel free to bring your own, and something to drink!
