1 partner completes a whole round before the next partner can go.
Goal: complete 10 rounds each (20 total) under the 30min time cap.
Over the last month, we’ve featured alternating partner workouts in which one partner performs an aerobic task (longer distance, slower) while the other does an anaerobic task (reps that burn.) Today we’ll see a subtle shift: the partner performing the shuttle run will NOT be in an aerobic state, but an anaerobic one. That means maximal work capacity will be tested. Enjoy.
