"Jackie"
1000 meter row
45 pound Thruster, 50 reps
30 pull-ups
"Jackie" looks pretty simple: 75 reps after a row? Not bad….but "Jackie" is a great illustration of how tough Thrusters really are. The key isn't the weight, it's the range of motion. Take someone 6' tall and make them move the bar an equivalent amount (full front squat to overhead lockout) and that's a lot of wattage. The toughest part: making yourself Just. Keep. Going. for more reps. Goal: Aerobic becoming anaerobic – great for shorter-distance runners and those trying to dig a metabolic hole for the day.
