Today's Workout: 122813

In teams of two, alternate rounds of:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
8 Pull-ups
8 Box jumps, 24″ box
12 Kettlebell swings, 1/1.5 pood
These will be FAST rounds. The point is to have a very quick recovery between them, followed by an all-out burst again for several repetitions.

11am: Intro to the No Pain/No Grain Challenge with Stephanie Eusebi. Get your food tracking log, learn the rules of the challenge, and hear the ‘what, how and why.’ Then go clean out your cupboards!
