TOMORROW: OLY Lifting clinic with Nick Zossimas!  
Nick will demonstrate and coach techniques in the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch.  Want to improve your performance at sport or Crossfit?  These lifts are critical!  Want to bring those lifts up?  Technique is the key, not strength!  
Nick will start his clinic at 8:30 at Catalyst Athletic.  Fee: Crossfit Punch Card (it's cheap!)  No advance signup necessary!
Following the 8:30am clinic, we'll be hosting a mini-OLY meet for those who'd like to make a few attempts at a PR.  Luc and Chris will submit their lifts to Virtualmeet for an international panel of judges to (hopefully) give them the White Lights.
