Since March 17th, Catalyst closed our physical location. COVID-19 put Ontario in a state of emergency, everything was shut down. Catalyst Fitness quickly pivoted to online coaching, in order to continue to serve our family of athletes during a time when maintaining a base of fitness was paramount. We are delighted to announce that Catalyst Fitness will start providing training at our outdoor facility beginning Saturday, June 13th. The green light couldn’t have come at a better time – the weather is perfect for outdoor workouts!
Up at 88 White Oak Drive, we have carefully planned out a system to meet and exceed social distancing parameters, and we are all set to coach groups of 8 people. Personal Training will also be provided in the outdoor training section and the building will open for access to the bathrooms. As always, the safety of our Catalyst family is our #1 concern. Our cleaning protocols have been ramped up, and members can have confidence that they are working out in a safe and sanitized environment.
Saturday morning group class is filling up quickly, and our Senior Varsity athletes have already started signing up for their first group class in months too! Everyone is so excited to return to our #happygym.
One thing that has NOT changed is our coaches’ enthusiasm to help give each athlete the BEST hour of their day. We already can’t stop smiling as we prepare to welcome you back!

From absolute beginner to seasoned athletes, our Coaches have led athletes down the path to the best version of themselves, one step at a time. We will start with a goal review and build a plan with you, whether it is to attend training sessions at the gym, complete customized workouts at home, or a combination of both!
