Heats will begin precisely at 7:05am, 12:05pm, and 5:35pm. Athlete briefings will take place 5 minutes before the first heat.
Those wishing to scale the workouts will be wholeheartedly encouraged, but not judged.
This could be a long workout. If you’re not into your set of 6 burpees and 6 thrusters by the 25:00 mark, we’ll need you to make room for the next heat. This may include moving your bar into another room, changing bars, or even being asked to return on Sunday and try again. Our apologies.
