The Five Rings:
In teams of two:
Row as far as possible in 3:00. Switch partners and repeat. Record total distance.
Hold a handstand as long as possible. Switch partners and repeat. TWO attempts per person. Record total time in handstand.
Perform as many wall balls as possible in 3:00. Switch partners and repeat. Record total wall balls.
Perform as many pullups as possible in 3:00. Switch partners and repeat. Record total wall balls.
Perform as many front squats as possible in 3:00 (95/65.) Switch partners and repeat. Record total wall balls.
Scoring:
Top partnership in each event gets one point. Second best gets 2 points, etc. Partnership with the lowest points total at the end of the day wins.
