Then:
AMRAP in 10:00:
5 Handstand Pushups
10 Knees to Elbows
15 Kettlebell Swings.
The max front squat will be used to calculate working weights for the next three weeks. If you can’t make it today, no worries! We’ll figure out percentages based on another measurement (RBF, or “Reps Before Fainting.”) You’ll enjoy it either way!
