Last night, I posted a little essay about what I've been up to with CrossFit Groups. Ninety minutes later, I tapped out early – I DNF'd my first workout in over a year. That, friends, is called Poetic Justice, and I foolishly made her my enemy a looooong time ago.
Luckily, Wednesday means a lot more than just Day #3, another checkmark on death's long dissertation. Wednesday is not a Hump to ease over; it was not made to live in Tuesday's short shadow. Wednesday is a day of Redemption. See you at 7pm.
