Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Strategy: find a heavy weight (challenging, but not 100%) and hit it for 3-4 singles.  Then go for a max.  That way, your nervous system is primed but not overtaxed.  Take at least 90 seconds between reps, and make sure you get all 7 legitimately.
