You’ve done it.
You have stood in front of people and sweated. You’ve tried and missed, tried again and succeeded. Felt the floor beneath your knees and the palms of your fans. You’ve won the Intramural Open. You were scared, and did it anyway.
All that’s left is to help your team win. Just gut through the last two workouts, and enjoy the afterglow.
14.5 will be released tonight on the CrossFit Games site. 14.6 will be announced right now:
Saturday, April 12: Fight Gone Bad.

One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Between flights, we’ll be running heats of the Varsity Gauntlet event! Cheer for your favorite Catalyst teens before you get your own box jump on!
Your points will be added to your team total, and your Intramural Open team will receive one point when you complete the workout.
