Before I hand you a barbell today, I’m going to hand you a slip of paper and a pen.
On the paper, I want you to write three things you’d like to improve in 2016. These can be double-unders, or squats, or your job. One can be “hugging.” Another might be “coaching hockey.” They can be anything.
On December 31, 2016, if you’re at Catalyst, you’ll open these notes and find ourself better at all three. I guarantee it.
No one will read your goals: we’ll pack them in a box when we’re done the workout today. You might even forget what you wrote. It doesn’t matter. This place will STILL make you better. I promise.
We’ll have one workout at 10am today (show up at 9:30 to start warming up if you like:)

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
