80 sit-ups
60 push-ups
40 pull-ups
20 Burpees
10 ring dips
Why? Today’s long chipper differs from our typical Wednesday workouts. Because of the very large sets most people will begin to experience localized muscle fatigue early on. Localized muscle fatigue occurs when waste builds up in the muscle faster than the body can take it away. Break the sets up early and never go to failure This is the key to maintaining a steady pace.
