I love my catalyst family, cause that’s what it feels like… I don’t feel like I need to find motivation anymore, it is just there. The people in my classes are just normal people too and everyone is such an inspiration, it’s a great environment !!
After having my daughter I really wanted to get into shape, not only physically but mentally too, I heard about catalyst fitness through a couple of friends and saw how much it changed their lives and thought maybe it could impact me as well. My first impression was “there is no way I will be able to keep up to this” I thought for sure I would go for a week and then quit, like I did with other classes I has taken part in at GL.
My impression has greatly changed. I still go 2-3 times per week and when it is time for work out I skip out my door! It’s amazing how much you WANT to be there. My greatest improvements have to be my strength and endurance and without the help of all the great coaches I would never have been able to accomplish what I have! With the technique that I have learned, my body feels more in control and I have noticed a huge strength difference. I tend to always be hard on myself so I am still working toward pushing myself further especially for AMRAP … I still want to do a pull up! Lol
