1. Beyond the WOD to prepare?
Biking and running mostly.
Recovery and Diet have been a focus lately. I'm starting to realize as a 40+ shift worker, Healthy diet(zone friendly) and lots of sleep are required to get through 2 or 3 WOD's with out enduring days of muscle soreness.

P9130214 2. What type of WOD is your strength?
I don't feel particularly strong in any one area. I do like Snatch and Overhead Squats, because they combine strength with flexibility, coordination and balance.

3. Where are you the weakest?
Weakness is my weakness; as in lack of strength! Im OK in body weight exercises like chins and dips, but pure strength exercises like dead-lift have never been my forte.

When I was young I thrived on competitive sports. As I became older, I got by with recreational sports for fitness and fun. Crossfit has brought that competitive edge back to fitness and made it fun!
