I have a hard time identifying my strengths as I feel that they differ from day to day. Overall, I guess deadlifting, squats and anything where the strength and endurance comes from the lower body.
My main weakness is running, however, the mini running clinic has helped me to improve. I could also use a lot of practice with power snatches.
This will be the first year that I am participating in the Catalyst Games and I am definitely looking forward to all of the fun…and pain! I’m not sure why crossfitters get so excited for that part, but we all know it’s true.
