WHY: This workout starts off with 3 heavy C+J, which is going to spike the heart rate right away. Following the C+J with C2B, a high skilled movement that requires you to hold your breath, will put you further into oxygen debt. The simplicity of the wallballs will give you no reason to break them up, Your heart rate will remain elevated the entire workout pushing the Anaerobic threshold. Pushing the anaerobic threshold will increase the speed of your metabolism for over 24 hours meaning your body is burning more calories than normal even after the workout is over!
