  1. i’m WAAAAY outta i’m WAAAAY outta shape too much computer . I can’t even do 1 of these. is there like a pre-sit up that can get me coioitndned before doing real sit ups? like putting my hands on my bottom and guiding myself up slowly? i dunno . aaaah i’m dying!!!
