This is the first of four workouts in the “Masters Qualifier” for the CrossFit Games.

Our beloved Boo qualified for this next stage by doing incredibly well in the Open. Now we’re going to support her by doing these with her all weekend! Make as many as you can.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
55 double-unders
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 hang power cleans

Men use 155 lb.
Women use 105 lb.
