In teams of four, each team member completes the following:
30 Wall Balls
30 Chest-toBar Pullups
30 Pistols
30 One-Arm Dumbbell Snatches, Alternating
When the entire team has finished, move on to:
21 Deadlifts / 21 Box Jumps
15 Deadlifts / 15 Box Jumps
9 Deadlifts / 9 Box Jumps
…everyone completes Part II also, but two athletes from each team can move at once (one on deadlifts, one on box jumps.)
