Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
1 Power Clean
1 Squat clean
Then:
150 wallballs for time
Every time you break, do 5 burpees
This is only a tough-looking workout if you’re a CrossFitter. If you’ve done one wall ball in the past, think about doing it again…after 149 wall balls.
To get you here, we’re offering a treat: a clean without time to think. Power cleans and squat cleans are hard, but fulfilling; they take practice, power, patience and strength. They also require you to get your brain out of the way. EMOMs do that: you don’t have time to think, just lift. These are the workouts favored by folks with high stress jobs and competitive athletes. Wall balls are favored by people who are nuts.
