Long-form “aerobic” workouts like this don’t occur often in our programming. We tend to focus on the greatest reward from shortest/least effort. But the energy required for a workout like this far exceeds the levels required for 60 minutes on a treadmill, an average spin class, or a 90-minute “cardio” and “weights” session at an average gym.
We want the most bang for our buck. Bang away!
