“Bear/Bear”
For 5 rounds:
One Partner Deadlifts 5 reps (225/185 or scaled)
One Partner Bear Crawls 2 laps of mat
Then, for 5 rounds:
One Partner does 10 Toes-to-Bar
One Partner does 10 lateral burpees
…for total time.
The Run/Walk for FOP (organized by Miranda!) is at 9am today at the Bondar Pavilion! It’s a fun, no-pressure event, and the Adrenaline Junkies will have to do burpees afterward! Can’t make it, or want to do the WOD instead? You can still donate online here.
