The goal of ‘Cindy’ and ‘Mary’ are to stay an an aerobic mode until limited by specific capacity. It’s easier to do so in ‘Cindy,’ because the different exercises are less technically-demanding. This, for many, will make ‘Cindy’ the more attractive option, but ‘Mary’ the better measuring stick. It’s been a long week, and so we give you the choice: work toward the limit of your heart rate, or your skill?
WHERE’S THE MOBILITY? Sunday morning at 9am.
TOMORROW IS THE TEEN GAUNTLET. The front of the gym (non-matted area) will be closed from 10am until at least 1pm for the event. Kids will also be in the parking lot/road area; be aware when driving in. We’ll open the gym early (6am) and the 9am group will feature two of the Gauntlet workouts for adults who think they can hang with the teens. Catalyst has six teens competing on the worldwide scoreboard (www.theteengauntlet.com.) Registration and skill testing for the kids begins at 9:30am and ends at 10am sharp; parents, don’t be late!
