Tonight is the start of November OnRamp.  For over a year now, Coach (Queen!?!) Whit has been taking folks from zero to hero in twenty-one days. It's three weeks that will improve EVERY WORKOUT you do for the rest of your life! Two spots left!

Tonight is also the start of Coach Tyler (aka Barbell Ken)'s Barbell Bettys Level 1 Group. Get better at everything barbell, plus pullups and double-unders!  Free homework, your own website…it's awesome.

Tomorrow and Wednesday are the start of our last 6-week Catalyst Teens groups before Christmas. Tuesdays, we emphasize more bodyweight / calisthenic exercise for teens (12-16); Wednesday, they get their hands a bit chalkier.
