While Supermeet athletes rest, the new kids and non-competitors get to play!
We’re going to do two mini-workouts today:
A. “Seminole”
7-Minute AMRAP of:
7 Burpee Box Jumps
14 Goblet Squats
– Rest Two Minutes –
B. “Irish”
7-Minute AMRAP of:
7 Pullups
14 Overhead Walking Lunges
(if you’re a new “Buddy,” don’t worry: we coach EVERYTHING before you do ANYTHING.)
