Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3

Ring Dips 3xmax.

A classic, way-too-much,way-too-fast anaerobic threshold workout. Practice hook grip! Then some supplemental upper-body lifts and practice….

Steph Parniak, finally off the couch (pneumonia) and rockin' the new Catalyst Crest pullover. If you're a last-minute guy like me, these babies are a blessing.  And like the store where you bought your prom dress, we'll make sure you're not getting the same thing from someone else….
