Today's Workout: "The Way Of The Gun"

In teams of 4-8, each person:
Rows 400m
Shoots a rifle at 5 targets from a standing position.
Every miss (you’ll know!) is 2 burpees.
10 rounds per teammate.
We’ll start at 10am. You can start at 10:30 or 11, but the rowing ends at 12pm sharp. Get a good start on your No Pain/No Grain challenge!
