5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Today, we're open 9am  for a CrossFit group; open to members from 9:30- noon.  "Team Training WOD" at noon.  Proceeds from the noon group go to Team Green's travel fund for the CrossFit 2010 Sectionals in Toronto, March 21.

 Today's Team Training WOD, from last year's Southern California Qualifiers: 

6 Rounds for time of:
30 Squats
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

5 Power Clean / Anyway Overhead x 155# (105# women)

This heat will consist of a 25 minute period in which you must complete the workout.
