On August 30, the kids will turn the tables.
At 10am, parents are invited to do the Junior Varsity workout with their kids. In teams of two or three (parents and kids together,) you’ll participate in a CrossFit Kids WOD. Kids will be team captains; parents will be the “rookies.”
The workout will include an obstacle course, but any part of the course can be modified or avoided (with a few squats done as a penalty, of course.)
Kids will love being in charge, and parents will also have a riot. But in case you need one more reason, here it is: if you finish the workout, you’ll get free OnRamp classes! That’s 5 free one-on-one personal training sessions in our brand-new facility with one of the best trainers in town.
