20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Gym Hours today:
Open to members 6am-9am; closed 9am-9:30am for CrossFit.
Open to members 9:30am-noon; closed noon-12:30 for CrossFit.
Open to members from 12:30pm-5pm.
