A high-skill, anaerobic mental test. How long can you keep going?

This is a great example of the scalability of CrossFit. While all these skills have a high skill component, each can be easily 'scaled down' for a beginner. Don't even know what they are? No problem. We'll fix that at group time.

We're blessed with a very generous group of members. Every three months or so, we round up the clothing in our Lost and Found – including shoes left in the door area – and donate them, en masse, to a needy charity. Don't feel like being a donor this time? Just pick your stuff up and take it home! But if that extra-special Mickey Mouse sip-cup stays here for more than a day or so….well, we assume it really isn't that special, and it goes, too.
